What is Agoda x Dash?
Dash has partnered with Agoda to enable booking of hotels on Singtel Dash app. This allows you to easily book hotels and earn cashback on eligible bookings.
How long will the promotion be available for?
The EXTRA 5% cashback for all bookings made on Singtel Dash app will be available all year round.
Are there any exceptions for the 5% cashback?
The 5% cashback applies to all hotels booked on Agoda for any dates, as long as they are booked during the promotion period. There is no cap on the number of redemptions and also no limit on the booking value. The cashback amount is calculated based on the amount paid before taxes and service fees with the exchange rate at the prevailing rate at the point of crediting to your Dash account. For example, if you pay $100 + $17 (service charges and taxes) = $117 for a room, your cashback will only be computed based on $100 only.
How do I know if I am eligible for the cashback?
You will receive a push notification if your booking made via Singtel Dash app is eligible for cashback. Alternatively, can log in on your Dash app > “Lifestyle” > “Bookings” to find out your eligible cashback. The eligible cashback amount will only be reflected after 12 hours.
When will I get my cashback?
Your cashback will automatically be credited to your Dash wallet within 30 days after your stay is completed. Meanwhile, you can view your pending cashback under your booking details after your booking is made.
Am I able to get the cashback if I book through Agoda app or website directly?
No. To enjoy the cashback, you can only book Agoda hotels through Singtel Dash app > “Lifestyle”.
Can I use my SingapoRediscover voucher?
No, unfortunately SingapoRediscover vouchers cannot be used for Agoda bookings.
Must I book with my Dash Visa Virtual Card?
You may choose your preferred mode of payment. However, you can easily pay with Dash Visa Virtual Card within the Dash app.
Why is my booking not reflected on my Dash app even after receiving a confirmation email on my booking?
If there is no booking reflected, it means that the booking is not eligible for the cashback. Please refer to our T&Cs for more details.
How do I amend/cancel my booking?
You can amend the booking directly made to your Agoda account via www.agoda.com. However, you will not be eligible for the cashback if you make a cancellation for your booking.
