GXS FlexiLoan
1Effective Interest Rate (EIR) is calculated based on an average loan amount of S$10,000 with a 24-month repayment period, from 1 Jan 2024 to 1 Jan 2026.
2Dreams Lucky Draw:
(a) To be eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw, a customer must:
(i) be an existing holder of a GXS FlexiLoan account or have successfully applied for a GXS FlexiLoan between 3

GXS Savings Account
You can open 1 GXS Savings Account in your own name and deposit up to a maximum amount as stated in your GXS

If you are new to GXS and have an existing Dash account, or have a new Dash account opened by Thursday, you will
be able to link your GXS Savings account to your Dash account by the
following Monday (only for Singtel Mobile customers).
By proceeding, you agree that only you shall be the applicant for the GXS Savings Account and such application
shall not be made by any other person. You also agree that you shall not
allow your GXS Savings Account to be linked with any other Dash accounts not belonging to you. The Bank shall
have the right to close the GXS Savings Account in accordance with its
governing terms and conditions.

How do I sign up for a GXS Savings Account via the Dash app
?
We are glad to hear your excitement to be a part of the GXS
banking revolution! Currently, GXS sign-ups are exclusively
by invitation, and will only be rolled out progressively to
selected Dash customers over the coming months.
How do I link my GXS Savings Account to my Dash Wallet
account ?
On the homepage of your Dash app, click on the GXS tile. You
will be redirected to GXS pages.
If you already have a GXS Savings Account, select “Link my
existing GXS Savings Account”.
If you do not have a GXS Savings Account, select “Sign up
for GXS via Singpass”. The GXS Savings Account created
through this step will automatically be linked to your Dash
Wallet account.
Will I be charged a fee to link my GXS Savings Account to my
Dash Wallet account ?
No, there will be no fees charged.
What are the benefits of linking my GXS Savings Account to
my Dash Wallet account?
No more toggling between apps for the little things (such as
viewing your GXS Savings Account balance)! Terms and
conditions apply.
What is the maximum per transaction amount I can top up my
Dash Wallet account using my GXS Savings Account?
The daily top-up limit is S$2,000 and monthly top-up limit
is S$10,000. The maximum wallet limit for Dash at any point
in time is up to S$3,000 if you have cleared Dash’s
know-your-customer (KYC) processes. Don’t forget to verify
your account if you wish to maximize your Dash wallet limit!

I can no longer perform credit/debit card top-ups on Dash
after signing up for a GXS Savings Account. Why is this so?
Users who have registered for a GXS Savings Account through
the Dash app will not be able to cash out funds in their
Dash Wallet sourced from credit/debit card facilities. You
can now use your linked GXS Savings Account to top-up your
Dash Wallet instead. Please note that you will not be able
to re-enable credit/debit card top-ups even if you un-link
your GXS Savings Account from the Dash app.
How can I unlink my GXS Savings Account from my Dash Wallet
account?
Tap on “Account” at the bottom right corner of your Dash
app, tap on “GXS Savings Account”, then tap on “Unlink
account from Dash”.
What does unlinking my GXS Savings Account from Dash mean?
Will I still see my GXS Savings Account in my Dash app?
You will not be able to access and use GXS Bank’s services
and products within the Dash app. You will not see GXS
Savings Account in your Dash app, but may always re-link the
account via the GXS tile on the Dash app.
When I access my GXS Savings Account from my Dash app, am I
providing my banking account information to Dash?
No. Your privacy and security is paramount. Once you click
on the GXS tile on your Dash app, you will be redirected to
GXS pages. Everything you do on the GXS pages (including
onboarding and accessing your account) is kept secure by
GXS.
