Terms and Conditions “Dash it, Spin it, Share it” Singtel Dash Lunar New Year Promotion 2021

Free Spins are capped at ten (10) Free  Spins per day per eligible Dash user.

1. The “Dash it, Spin it, Share it” Singtel Dash Lunar New Year Promotion 2021 (“Promotion”) is a rewards promotion organised by SingCash Pte Ltd (“SCPL”) and subject to these Terms and Conditions. By participating in the Promotion, all eligible Dash customers (“Participants”) shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all decisions of SCPL, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

2. The Promotion is available from 18 January 2021 and will end on 26 February 2021 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”). The Redemption period is available from 18 January 2021 and end on 5 March 2021 (both dates inclusive) (“Redemption Period”).

Eligibility

3. To be eligible for the Promotion,

(i) The Participant must hold a valid Singtel Dash Balance Account, and/or Singtel Remittance Account (applicable for Eligible Transactions pursuant to Clause 4(ii) herein below), and which must be and remain valid and must not for any reason be terminated and/or suspended, during the Promotion Period and the Redemption Period;

(ii) The Participant must be using and/or have upgraded to Version 5.4.3 of the Dash Application which will be available for download/upgrade from 18 January 2021 (or Version 5.4.5 from 8 February 2021 for Dash PET);

(iii) The Participant must comply at all times (including, but not limited to, in making the Eligible Transaction) with the terms and conditions governing the use of Dash Balance, including, but not limited to, the Dash Terms and Conditions and Remittance Terms and Conditions, where applicable (both of which may be accessed at https://www.dash.com.sg/terms-and-conditions/);

(iv) For the avoidance of doubt, participation in the Promotion is open to individuals only. Corporates or other entities shall not be eligible to participate in the Promotion.

Employees of the companies within the Singtel Group, and its appointed advertising, media and auditing agencies, and any other parties, who are directly involved in the organizing and/or conducting of the Promotion (collectively “Organising Committee”) shall not be eligible to participate in the Grand Draw (defined in paragraph 5(ii)).

4. For the purposes of the Promotion, the following transactions made via Dash during the Promotion Period shall be considered Eligible Transactions:

(i) Successful purchase transaction where payment is made to and accepted by any Dash or VIA accepted merchant (“Merchant”) via Dash (including through Dash VISA Virtual Account, Dash ecommerce online transactions and VIA) with a minimum transaction value of $10 per transaction (“Dash Payment Transactions”).

The list of Merchants can be found at https://dash.com.sg/merchants. Any donation made via the Dash app to charity organizations, Singtel Bill payments and transactions made through Singtel Transit NFC SIM for public transport on buses/trains are not considered Eligible Transactions;

(ii) Successful remittance of not less than S$100 from the Participant’s Singtel Remittance Account. The S$100 minimum amount must be remitted in a lump sum;

(iii) Top up of any Singtel Hi! Prepaid card for not less than $20. The $20 minimum amount must be credited in a lump sum; or

(iv) Top up of International Prepaid Airtime for not less than $10. The $10 minimum amount must be credited in a lump sum; or

(v) Only from 3 February 2021 2100h to 4 February 2021 2359h, make a top up of a minimum of $88 in fresh funds to Dash Balance, using  eNets, PayNow, OCBC PayAnyone, Cash-in QR, or credit/debit card. The $88 minimum amount must be credited in a lump sum. For avoidance of doubt, funds transferred from  Dash EasyEarn accounts are not considered fresh funds; or

(vi) Successful activation of a Dash PET account with a minimum of $50.

Dash Festive Spin Game

5. Under the Promotion, and subject to these Terms and Conditions,  Participants shall receive a chance (“Free Spin”) in their Dash Festive  Spin Game for each successful Eligible Transaction made by the  Participants during the Promotion Period, except in the case of Eligible  Transactions under paragraphs 4(v) and (vi) where a Participant shall not  be entitled to additional Free Spins for performing multiple top ups. The  determination as to whether an Eligible Transaction is successful lies  solely with SCPL. Participants may only be entitled to maximum number  of ten (10) Free Spins per day.

The Participant can utilise the Free Spins by clicking the “Spin” button in  the Dash Festive Spin Game. Each utilised Free Spin shall entitle the  Participant to receive the following:

(i) One (1) of the listed Dash reward points or Cashbacks (collectively referred to as “Prizes”); and

(ii) One (1) lucky draw chance to win one million (1,000,000) Dash reward points (“Grand Draw”).

6. All Free Spins must be utilised within the Redemption Period, and any unutilised Free Spins will be forfeited at the end of the Redemption Period. The Participant shall have no claim whatsoever against SCPL for any forfeited Free Spins. SCPL further reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to remove, change or substitute the above Prizes with any other items of equivalent or similar value or otherwise, without prior notice or offering any reason. Cashback Prizes are transferable to and may be utilised by another Dash user. Dash reward points won are non-transferable. The Prizes are non-exchangeable and non-redeemable for cash and/or any other items. All Prizes are available only while stocks last.

7. For avoidance of doubt, nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as a guarantee or representation that a Participant of the Dash Festive Spin Game will win any of the Prizes.

Receiving Dash reward points

8. Participants who have won Prizes in the form of Dash reward points will receive the Dash reward points immediately in their Dash Rewards account so long as the Participant’s account is subsisting and remains valid.

Utilising Cashback Prize

10. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, the Cashback shall be applicable for the next successful Dash payment transaction made by the Participant via Dash (including Dash VISA Virtual Account) at the relevant Merchant (or relevant Merchant group, where applicable) provided that the Cashback Prize is utilised within the Redemption Period, with each Cashback being limited by a cap as stated above. The Cashback will be credited to the Dash Balance of the Participant within one (1) day from the date of the successful payment transaction so long as the Participant’s Dash account is subsisting and remains valid. The determination as to whether a payment transaction is successful lies solely with SCPL. If the Cashback Prize is not utilised by the end of the Redemption Period, the Cashback shall expire and the Participant shall have no claim whatsoever against SCPL for any unutilised Cashback Prizes.

11. The Cashback is computed by SCPL based on 2 decimal places per transaction without any rounding off. SCPL’s determination of the Cashback amount shall be final, conclusive and binding on the relevant Participant.

12. SCPL is not an agent of any of the Merchants. The Cashback Prize shall be subject to such other terms and conditions as may be imposed by the Merchants, and the Participant shall be bound by such terms and conditions.

Grand Draw

13. The Grand Draw will be conducted at 31 Exeter Road, Comcentre #22-00, Singapore 239732, on 11 March 2021, 10am. SCPL reserves the right to conduct the Grand Draw at a different venue and on a different date and/or time.

14. The Grand Draw winner will be notified via SMS, call and/or email, and the Grand Draw prize of one million (1,000,000) Dash reward points will be credited into the Grand Draw winner’s Dash Rewards account by 31 March 2021. Redemption of Dash reward points are subject to the Terms and Conditions of Dash Rewards programme (accessible at https://dash.com.sg/rewards).

General

15. Goods and services supplied by, at or through any of the relevant Merchants shall be subject to such other terms and conditions as may be imposed by the relevant Merchants, and the Participant shall be bound by such terms.

16. SCPL makes no warranty or representation as to the quality, value, merchantability or fitness for purpose of any third party goods/services or Prize(s) and assumes no liability or responsibility for the acts or omissions of the Merchants or any non-performance or defects in such goods/services or Prize(s). Any dispute about the value, condition or performance of such goods/services or Prize(s) shall be resolved directly with the relevant Merchants or supplier as the case may be.

17. Notwithstanding any provision in these Terms and Conditions, Dash shall not be obliged to award the Participant the Prizes or credit the Cashback or any part thereof to the Participant’s Dash Balance in connection with these Terms and Conditions, if:

(i) the Promotion is terminated in accordance with these Terms and Conditions at any time for any reason whatsoever;

(ii) the Participant’s Dash Balance following the credit of such Cashback shall exceed S$999; or

(iii) the phone number which is registered in respect of the Participant’s Dash Balance is for any reason changed (whether by the Participant or any other person, with or without the Participant’s knowledge).

SCPL reserves the right to disqualify any Participant from the Promotion and/or remove any rights or entitlements that it may have if at any time SCPL, at its sole and absolute discretion, suspects or discovers any fraud or illegality in relation to, and/or misuse of the Participant’s Dash Balance (whether by the Participant or any other person, with or without the Participant’s knowledge), Dash Remittance Account and/or the Participant’s remittance transaction, where applicable.

18. SCPL shall be entitled, at its sole and absolute discretion and without advance notice to the Participant, to remove from the Participant or from the Participant’s Dash Balance, as the case may be, the Free Spins, Prizes and/or Grand Draw Prize which have been awarded to the Participant or credited to the Participant’s Dash Balance in connection with these Terms and Conditions (or any part thereof), if such Free Spins, Prizes and/or Grand Draw Prize (or any part thereof) has, in SCPL’s sole opinion, been wrongly credited or awarded to the Participant for any reason whatsoever, including by reason of any failed remittance.

19. By participating in the Promotion, the Participants consent to SCPL’s collection, holding, storage, use, processing, transfer, disclosure, publication and/or reporting (whether directly or indirectly) to any relevant third party, including any of the Participants, of their personal data and/or information which may be provided to SCPL, for the purposes of organising and administration of the Promotion; and the Participants further consent and acknowledge that the Participants’ personal data and/or information (i) will also be processed in line with the Dash Data Protection Policy available at http://www.dash.com.sg/terms; and (ii) may be used in accordance with Dash’s policies, terms and conditions or notices made available by SCPL from time to time.

20. SCPL reserves the rights to, at its sole and absolute discretion, vary, modify and amend any of these Terms and Conditions and/or to suspend, discontinue or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notification, or liability to any party.

21. SCPL reserves the right to determine at its sole and absolute discretion all matters arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, including the Participants’ eligibility and the applicable criteria. SCPL’s determination of all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final and binding and no appeal or objection on any grounds will be entertained.

22. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotion material relating to the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any of the other terms and conditions mentioned herein, SCPL shall make a determination as to the terms and conditions that will take precedence, and such determination shall be conclusive and binding on the Participants.

23. By participating in the Promotion, each Participant agrees to fully and effectively indemnify, defend and hold harmless SCPL and the Organising Committee (collectively the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all rights, demands, claims, causes of action, losses, damages, costs and expenses whatsoever that  the Indemnified Parties may have, or which may arise, whether in whole or in part, and whether directly or indirectly, due to or arising out of carrying out the Promotion. These obligations will continue to survive the completion or termination of the Promotion.

24. To the extent permitted by law, SCPL and the Organising Committee shall not be liable in any way to any Participant or any other person for any losses or damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation, from any late or non-notification, any error in computing chances, any technical, hardware or software breakdown, malfunction or defects, failed, delayed or incorrect transactions, lost or unavailable network connections or any notice that is lost or misdirected.

25. These Terms and Conditions shall be subject to and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and the Participants hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.

26. A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act of Singapore to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

27. Apple and Google are not sponsors or involved in this Promotion.
