Can I convert my prizes to cash?
No, all premium prizes and Dash reward points are non-transferable, non-assignable, non-exchangeable and non-redeemable for cash. You may use your Dash reward points to redeem vouchers from the Dash Rewards catalogue. Redemption of Dash reward points are subjected to Dash Rewards Terms and Conditions.
I am a winner of the Dash reward points. When will the Dash reward points be credited to me?
Points will be credited into winners’ Dash Rewards account within 5 working days from the announcement.
