Where in China can I remit money to with Singtel Dash?
Your beneficiary can receive money using any of the following methods:
(1) China UnionPay card
(2) any bank account linked to an Alipay account
(3) WeChat wallet or linked bank card
What is the transaction fee to remit money to China with Singtel Dash?
For each remittance, a transaction fee of SGD 10 per transfer is chargeable, regardless of the amount
transferred.

What is the SGD to CNY exchange rate offered when I remit to China with Singtel Dash?
At Singtel Dash, we strive to provide you with the best possible exchange rates where possible. The SGD to CNY exchange rate is adjusted on market conditions. To find out real time exchange rate, launch your Singtel Dash app, and select Remit.
How long does it take for the remitted amount be available to the recipient in China?
Money arrives instantly. For transfers to UnionPay Card, please note that the service is available from 7am to 10pm daily (SGT).
How do I get started?
Once you have downloaded the Singtel Dash app, sign-up for an account within the app.
Upon completion, you can register for remittance; Within the Dash app, select Send Money>Register for
remittance and follow the required steps thereafter and submit.
When your account is approved for remittance, select add a recipient and start remitting.
What does my recipient need to do to receive the money in his/her WeChat (Weixin) account?
Your recipient needs to be a Chinese national with a bank account and Weihuikuan (微汇款) setup in WeChat
(Weixin), in order to receive the remittance. To do so, search 'Weihuikuan (微汇款)' in WeChat (Weixin) >
Global Remittance > Receive Money via Phone Number. The recipient has 24 hours to complete the
Weihuikuan (微汇款) set-up in Wechat (Weixin).
It is important to ensure the mobile number is correct before sending to the WeChat (Weixin) account.

WeChat (Weixin) linked bank card

WeChat (Weixin) wallet
- Maximum per transaction CNY 30,000

- Maximum 5 transactions per recipient per month
If the sender from Singapore sent more than CNY 30,000 but less than CNY 50,000 and the default
receiving method is wallet, the beneficiary will receive a notification to change the receiving method.
It will not be declined straight away. Recipient has 24 hours to update the receiving method before the
transaction gets declined.
All transactions must also fall within the Dash remittance and wallet debit limit. With app versions
6.2.0 and above, you may remit up to S$5,000 a day and up to S$10,000 a month if you are not a Work
Permit holder. If you are a Work Permit holder, you may remit up to S$3,000 per day and per month.
However, your total Dash wallet debit transactions, including remittance, cannot exceed S$30,000 in a
year.
