What is the transaction fee to remit money to the Philippines with Singtel Dash?
The transaction fee differs according to the mode of remittance you choose.
For Cash Pick-ups, you pay a flat fee of SGD 4.50 per transfer.
For transfer to the GCash wallet, SGD 3.50 is chargeable for every transaction.
And, for money transfers through a bank account, SGD 3.8 is payable per transfer.
What is the applicable exchange rate when I remit to the Philippines with Singtel Dash?
Our exchange rates are competitive so that you can get the best benefits. However, exchange rates are
subject to market fluctuations.
It is recommended that to know the real time SDG to PHP exchange rate, check your Singtel Dash app by
selecting Remit > Remit Overseas.
How long does it take for the amount to reach the recipient in the Philippines?
The time of receipt for remittances is dependent on the mode of remittance you choose. For instance:
Remittances made through Cash Pick-ups take 15 minutes to reach the recipients.
GCash remittances are transferred in 5 minutes.
For remittances made through bank accounts, it may take anywhere between 15 minutes and 2 Filipino
banking days to transfer money to the recipient’s account.
I am new to Singtel Dash. How do I get started?
Using the Singtel Dash app on your mobile phone to transfer money is easy. Just open the Singtel Dash app and sign-up for an account. Register for remittance by following the step-by-step procedure. Your account will then be approved for remittance. You can add a recipient and remit the desired amount.
How can I top-up my Dash balance?
For your convenience, we provide you with multiple options to top up your Dash balance.
If you choose to top up your Dash balance using your mobile phone, you can do so from the Singtel Dash
app, eNETS account, PayNow VPA / FAST/ PayNow QR, PayAnyone OCBC, Dash PET, or credit/debit* cards.
