I am currently short of points to redeem vouchers. Can I still earn more points?

The last day to earn points is on 31 August 2023.

I still have unredeemed points and unused vouchers in my account. What will happen to my balance points and redeemed vouchers after 31 October 2023?

All balance points and redeemed vouchers are to be fully utilized by 31 October 2023 at 11.59 pm, otherwise forfeited. Please refer to individual voucher’s terms and conditions for more information on its validity period.

I have too many points and cannot finish using all my redeemed rewards vouchers by 31 October 2023. Can I refund my points or get an extension?

There will be strictly no refund or exchange of points and rewards vouchers in kind and no extension on the validity period. All balance points and redeemed vouchers are to be fully utilized by 31 October 2023 at 11.59 pm, otherwise forfeited.

What happens if I have trouble redeeming the vouchers at the merchant outlets and the vouchers have expired on 31 October 2023, who do I approach for help?
