  • Is the Dash app free to use?

    Yes, the Dash app is free. There are no fees and charges for making payments at shops, MRT, buses and taxis via the Dash app.

    Do I need to be an existing Singtel customer to sign up for Dash?

    No. Dash is available to all customers regardless of mobile service provider.

    Where can I download the Dash app?

    You can download the Dash app on the App Store and Google Play.

    How do I sign up for Dash?

    Signing up for Dash is easy. To enjoy the full Dash experience, download the latest Dash app from the App Store, Google Play or Huawei AppGallery to sign up. Note: You will need your NRIC/FIN/Employment Pass/S Pass/Work Permit number to sign up.

    I have multiple mobile numbers, can I sign up for Dash on all mobile numbers?

    No. You can only sign up for one Dash account per NRIC/FIN/Employment Pass/S pass. This helps us keep your account safe.

    Can I sign up for Dash with my passport details?

    No. You will need your NRIC/FIN/Employment Pass/S Pass/Work Permit to sign up.

    What do I need to sign up for Dash?

    You will need a valid Singapore registered mobile number and your NRIC/FIN/Employment Pass/S Pass/Work Permit to sign up. FIN documents must be valid for a minimum of three months.

    Am I eligible to sign up for Dash?

    Anyone who is a Singapore Citizen, Permanent Resident or Foreigner with an Employment Pass, S Pass or Work Permit, and is at least 16 years old is eligible. You will also need a Singapore-registered mobile number.

    What is required for registration for remittance?

    You will need your:
    • Your mobile phone and active mobile number (the number that you will use for your mobile remittance service)
    • Recipient’s particulars (mobile number, full name, date of birth, address)
    • Original NRIC / Work Permit / S Pass / Employment Pass (EP)
    • (For EP/SP/WP except FDW) Your proof of billing / address, which can be any of the documents below:

      1. Singtel, M1, Starhub bill or any other telco bill
      2. Bank statement
      3. Dormitory card/pass
      4. Employment Letter with company letterhead and customer’s full name
      5. Tenancy agreement
      6. Letter from Singapore government agency (Eg. MOM)
      7. Water or Electricity bill

    Why did I receive a notification that I already have a Dash account?

    This may mean that you already have a Dash/mWallet/mRemit account. Try logging in to the Dash app with your mobile number and PIN. If you are unable to log in, please contact us at 6438-3274.

    How can I access and update my personal details?

    You may update your email, address and occupation directly via the Dash app. Simply select “Account” > Tap on your name > Enter 6-digit Pin > “Edit Profile”.

    What happens to my Dash app when I change mobile phones?

    As long as your mobile number remains the same, all you need to do is to download the Dash app on your new mobile phone. Upon entering your mobile number and 6-digit PIN, you will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via SMS. You will need to enter this in your Dash app to complete your login.

    Can I log in to my Dash app on any mobile phone?

    Yes you can. All you will need is your Dash app login details; mobile number and 6-digit PIN. As your security is important to us, we will send a One-Time Password (OTP) via SMS to complete your login on the Dash app. If you’ve received the OTP and did not try to login to your app, we advise that you change your 6-digit PIN by calling us at 6438-3274 right away.

    Do I need an active connection to login to the Dash app?

    Yes, you will need to launch the Dash app with WIFI/3G/4G LTE services.

    Is the Dash app supported on all mobile phones?

    The Dash app works on iPhones running iOS 10.3 and above, and Android mobile phones with Android versions 6.0 and above.

    Will I be charged a fee for my Dash account?

    There will be no fees charged for your active Dash account.

    Why is the Dash app not supported on Huawei AppGallery?

    We are currently upgrading the features of the Dash app, which requires a temporary pause in support on Huawei AppGallery from 19 May 2026.

    I am using a Huawei device. What will happen to my Dash app after 19 May 2026?

    After 19 May 2026, the Dash app may no longer receive updates or function as intended if it was downloaded from Huawei AppGallery. If your Huawei device supports Google Play Store, you may continue using Dash by installing the app from Google Play Store.

    When will the Dash app be supported on Huawei AppGallery again?

    Currently, we do not have a confirmed timeline. We will share updates once support on Huawei AppGallery becomes available again.
