What are the ways to make a partial withdrawal for my Dash PET account?

You may make partial withdrawals from as little as S$1.

• Transfer to Dash Wallet
• Bank account via PayNow (70 cents apply per transaction)

Maintain an Average Daily Account Value balance of at least S$50 to continue earning interests for that month and maintain at least S$1 of Account Value to keep your policy active.

If you wish to make a full withdrawal, you will need to request to surrender your policy. Please note that once your policy is surrendered, you will not be able to make another purchase of this policy within a 12 months period.

Etiqa reserves the right to delay the payment of the withdrawal amount/surrender benefit for up to a period of 6 months from the date of the withdrawal/surrender request. Etiqa will exercise this right when there is a surge in withdrawals (partial/full) within the Portfolio during a very short period of time.

How do I withdraw consent from Singtel Dash to collect, use and/or disclose my personal data?

You may withdraw your consent at the Singtel Dash App (under “Accounts” → “Use of Personal Data”). If you withdraw consent for data use that is essential to provide the product/service that you have subscribed, we will have to close your Dash Account, and this will take place within 21 days of your withdrawal request. Upon closure of your Dash account, all related services (including Dash wallet, Dash Visa Prepaid account, PET, UOBAM etc) will cease.

How do I withdraw my Dash wallet balance?

To withdraw your wallet balance, log in to your Dash app and select 'Send Money'. Select either 'Bank / Wallet Account' or PayNow and fill in the details to make a withdrawal.
